ADNOC Distribution has announced the opening of its last service station in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is the first facility to fully showcase the company’s modern fuel and retail convenience offering with an integrated Oasis store, car wash and lubricant change.
“We reaffirmed our commitment to Saudi Arabia with the intention of expanding our presence both through acquisitions and organic growth. Having opened in the Kingdom in 2018, this continued expansion is an integral part of our company’s overall strategic growth plans. We look forward to more openings later this year and into 2022, ”said Engineer Bader Saeed Al Lamki, CEO of ADNOC Distribution.
The new forecourt is the first in the country to be fully built and operated by the company, to bring its modern fuel and retail convenience to customers and communities across the country. The station will offer fuel and non-fuel retail, with an on-site car wash and lubricant change, as well as the first ADNOC Oasis signature store in Saudi Arabia, offering a wide selection of products and a range of fresh and hot and cold products. – drinks on order.

The new opening comes after ADNOC Distribution received certificates of no objection from the Saudi General Competition Authority to acquire 35 stations in the country in the first half of 2021. As part of this strategic expansion, the company plans to ” open more service stations in the rest of the year in coordination with its local and international growth plans.
Last month, the company became the first fuel retailer in the Middle East to offer a fully contactless shopping experience. Using AI technology, ADNOC’s Sheikh Khalifa energy complex was updated to deliver faster and more customer-friendly solutions before expanding the concept to other stores in the UAE.
